I saw the other reviews here and I was admittedly nervous about using this center. I didn't have any other options though due to the timeline to complete the exam I needed.That said, my text experience there was one of the best I've had. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful.

These people have the most horrible customer service I think i have ever seen. The front desk lady did have to give me unfortunate news but the way she did it was very demanding, insensitive and judgmental. I do NOT recommend this testing center. I was very disrespected and treated as if I was less than. Test anywhere else!

Never has someone been so rude to me over the phone in my life. Unprofessional and rude "manager" repeatedly cuts you off and hung up on me. Take your test literally anywhere else.
