I just brought my son for the first time (17yrs) and I am loving it. He is loving it. Staff is very friendly and take the time to explain to the new guy. They are very inclusive.

I absolutely love this place!! I have taken my son to two other places in the Enterprise area and haven't felt at home like we do here! Highly recommend!!!!

From Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Enterprise
We are the area's premiere Martial Arts training facility. We offer TaeKwonDo classes for ages 4 through adults. We also lead fitness classes, called Kisado, which combine combat movements with high intensity interval training. Whether you're looking for fun, fitness, or functional self-defense training, we provide it. All of our classes are taught in a family friendly atmosphere where character building and life skill development are a priority.
