“I was not local to the area and had an issue with my lawn mower. I had driven 3 hours to cut grass up that way but a mouse ate some wiring on my mower. All 3 people at the front desk were either looking in a book or on a computer trying to help with my issue. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore.”

“I went here with a friend a few months back and I wanted to mention what happened on that trip. My friend was needing a voltmeter for a tool box kit. He found a few voltmeters, but was unsure of which one to buy. The attendant came to us, we did not have to ask, and asked if we needed anything. My friend related the story and the attendant provided his suggestion. My friend just recently needed to use the voltmeter on his car. The tool worked perfectly and the attendant's suggestion was spot on.”
“The onsite service is actually very good, John is quite friendly dude, he would not waste time in the phone, will not take pictures before I drove 3 hours to get the parts, but if he said the parts are in good condition, it is in great condition. I would recommend it”
