“The car rental service made our vacation perfect with a brand new 2016 Jeep that had only 200 miles on it! They also provided us with paddle boards along with the rental, allowing us to enjoy the coastal lakes with the doors and top off. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.”
“A service man was nice. I was a little perplexed when I realized that someone had sat in the passenger seat and the floorboard had some dirt on. It and my radio station was changed. I couldn't figure out why that happened when I was there for an oil change and I actually purchased tires while I wneither one of those I. Would think would need someone inside of the car to change the station. Don't really like that”

Agent at the desk and return were very professional and authentic, made me feel truly special, like a valued customer, wish I had got their names to call them out personally and thank them. Best experience ever with a rental agency and its staff, and I’ve been at this travel and rental for 45+ years, so I’ve seen and been to a lot of locations, and dealt with all the rental companies, this by far best overall experience, wish they all were this smooth. I’m telling you check out was less than 5 minutes and return was even less, I was WOWED, 10 Stars!”
“I had a really good experience shopping with them. I emailed about a car they were friendly when I arrived. They let me test drive it I felt very comfortable and no pressure. They helped me when I didn’t understand. Figure out the many issues I had on my end getting everything sorted. Great communication and always kind and respectful. “I just want to say this is the absolute best car rental company I have ever dealt with. I am in here about once a month and these guys go above and beyond. Claudius is awesome!! Dakota is too. But Claudius always makes sure to have a car ready for me when I need and the process is always smooth. Customer service is on point here. I will not deal with another car rental company.”

“I was so nervous about these other reviews but honestly it was a great experience. We arrived to the airport to see Shawn she was very pleasant we picked up the car it was almost brand new with 3000 miles on it and no mechanical issues. Return of the rental car was just as seamless no issues when we returned it. Our rental was about $250 cheaper than other rentals so I’m thankful we went with Dollar.”

“I booked on Priceline and everything was very seamless and easy. Pickup was quick and efficient. My only problem is that on Priceline it said I would have to pay $52 at pickup and because I am under 25 I had to pay $180. I don’t have a problem with paying the fee, but I definitely think it should be made apparent at the time of booking and not a surprise when you get there. The car was super clean and nice. I’m overall happy, just wish I would’ve known that I would be paying $335 instead of $250.”
“Really rough start to our rental and counter staff were not helpful. However, after calling district manager we were able to sort the issues out, were refunded for the inconvenience, and vacation went on as planned. Dusty was super pleasant and helpful when working on resolving the concerns.”

“The price was right, the staff was friendly and most of all this was the cleanest car inside and out that I have ever rented. The car has 26,000 miles on it but it looked brand new. A clean car makes a trip so much nicer. Other big name car rental companies should take note, especially Hertz. I have rented many cars from them and they don't even vacuum the cars. I will use Thrifty in the future for sure.”
