When your child is away at school, over 800 miles away, and they get into a fender bender, it’s incredibly stressful. My daughter was involved in an accident during a storm, and being so far away, I had no idea who to turn to. Thankfully, a local in Auburn referred me to CT Collision.
From the very beginning, the team at CT Collision was outstanding. Despite nearing closing time, they waited for my daughter to bring in her car for repairs. Mr. Roberts, the owner, kept me updated every step of the way and was a faithful helper throughout the entire process.
I was facing a challenge with the insurance company about specific parts, but Mr. Roberts helped resolve it quickly. He even took the time to send me detailed pictures of the damage, which really helped me understand the situation, especially since I couldn't be there in person.
On top of all this, CT Collision went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was taken care of. They ensured she could get to the rental car location and even made special arrangements for her to pick up the car after hours, as her class schedule wouldn’t allow her to make it before closing time. They came in on a Saturday, despite them being closed, just to accommodate her.
The quality of the body work was impeccable. I could never have figured out where the damage had been.

He knew of this place, called them. They responded immediately did a temporary repair and worked us in 2 days later for a complete repair This family-owned business truly knows the meaning of customer service. “Stopped by on this past Thursday with my Alfa Romeo to check issued with back brakes. Guy who works on car would be in Saturday (they called him to check) to change back brakes. “My experience with Dykes is nothing like the reviews. They are very busy because they are the cheapest Tow Trucking business in town. They understand business( if your rates are reasonable, you'll get more business). Anywho, I took my 2015 nissan altima to Lynch Nissan and they stated I needed a transmission, catalytic converter and the manifold was cracked. Dykes was the tow company and little to my surprise, they fix cars. Vicky was VERY professional and so helpful. She found me a used transmission, quoted me for the transmission and catalytic converter. Dykes repaired my car and it is on the road. Whew, I have NOTHING bad to say about this business. I am grateful they were there when I needed them. They were straightforward, honest and transparent throughout the repair process. Thanks Dykes and especially, Vicky.”
