“The inside drivers’ door handle of my 2013 Avalanche was broken; the handle that closes the door, not the one that opens it. This is a very common issue with the 2013 Avalanche and Tahoe. I took my vehicle to AutoSport and learned that the entire door panel would have to be replaced. I had them order a new door panel but learned it was on back order so I told them to order it and to call when it came in. Four months later, because it is in such high demand, it arrived and Steffani called me and advised they could install it the next day. I took my vehicle down the next day and they installed it in about an hour’s time! Now it looks just like it did when it was brand new back in 2013!!! I’ve been doing business with AutoSport for many many years and would not trust any other auto repair shop to work on any of my vehicles. If you are particular, like I am, when it comes to repairing your vehicle back to showroom status then take it to AutoSport! They treat your vehicle just like it was their very own and I trust them completely; thanks AutoSport!!!!”

“Just wish when a tune is released (MK8 GTI) it is available for all ECUs and not just some spent two days trying my best to get this tune done, first at a performance shop, then at two VW dealerships trying to have them update my ECU with no luck. “I’ve used this shop twice for paint and body repair. They did a great job the first time I used them so when someone hit my vehicle recently I didn’t even think about using another shop. My bumper, bottom valance, tow hook, and tag holder had to be replaced. The Ford grille and center piece above the bumper got scratched which required repainting, also a small ding on my hood which required paint and bodywork. The billet grille in the bumper had to be replaced as well. The work they did was great and my truck looks better than before the accident. They are really busy so I had to wait a while to get my vehicle in for the repair but it’s worth the wait. These are honest people and I highly recommend them.Services: Painting”

“I went in to get a license plate screw. Just needed one but fully expected to have to buy the kit that contained the screws. An awesome young lady asked to help me and when I told her what I needed, she said “let’s walk out and look at your plate”. She went back in and got a tool and came back out and fixed it without me having to purchase a screw. Outstanding customer service!!”

“My experience with Dykes is nothing like the reviews. They are very busy because they are the cheapest Tow Trucking business in town. They understand business( if your rates are reasonable, you'll get more business). Anywho, I took my 2015 nissan altima to Lynch Nissan and they stated I needed a transmission, catalytic converter and the manifold was cracked. Dykes was the tow company and little to my surprise, they fix cars. Vicky was VERY professional and so helpful. She found me a used transmission, quoted me for the transmission and catalytic converter. Dykes repaired my car and it is on the road. Whew, I have NOTHING bad to say about this business. I am grateful they were there when I needed them. They were straightforward, honest and transparent throughout the repair process. Thanks Dykes and especially, Vicky.”

“Our battery died and we drove to a national auto parts store that advertises they will install your battery after you purchase it. After they refused to install a battery for us, we called this location knowing that we would arrive 15 minutes before they closed. We were told they would stay open if needed.Even with paying $12 for the installation, we saved money by getting our battery at this location. The best part, however, was not the money we saved it was the customer service. Sterling is awesome and Walmart should pay him to teach a class on customer service to other locations. He is an excellent communicator and even assisted with the battery installation. We will be back.”
