Our cable has been out or intermittent for the past week. When I called for Tech Support, I always get the run around! This is definitely the worst cable we’ve ever had!

Had trouble with our Cable TV, They sent a Tech and he messed up the internet speed also. Internet worked fine before.

Their service is spotty, frequent issues with connectivity, charges for any service need or change, & constantly increasing prices. They have a monopoly in the area & charge accordingly. Wish there was an alternative internet provider.
