“While passing through Pell City, Alabama I noticed a nail in my tire. Vulcan tire in Pell City was the first place I came to. They agreed to look at it, I made a cup of complimentary coffee and got my son some complimentary water and popcorn and we sat on the couch while they pulled it in. Come to find out the nail was very small. They checked it for leaks and gave it the all clear. After receiving this good news I pulled out my wallet to pay and was told by Clay Wooley that there was no charge since there was no leak. The piece of mind that comes from knowing my drive back to Chattanooga without a flat tire was worth $20 to me, but he refused. Good ole fashion southern hospitality. Thanks again Clay.”

“It took a while but it was well worth it! I put my daughter in law's car in the shop at Richeys on April 3rd and it just got finished today May 2nd. She hit a deer on the passenger front end and tore the car up pretty good but to look at it now you can't find a scratch. I have had several vehicles repaired at Richeys and they all came out immaculate so they are the only shop I'll let touch my vehicles and I would highly recomend them to anyone needing body work of any kind.Thanks again yall for another great job!!”

Hank's got to her within 30 minutes, took her car to an electric car charging station. Before unloading the car, they found the charger didn't fit. The friendly young lady who answered my call I believe her name was Ashley was awesome. I swear it felt like the mechanic pulled up before I hung up the phone .
