“I had a great experience working with Team One Hyundai. I wanted a specific color of Elantra Hybrid Limited. Although they did not have that one on the lot, they were able to locate one and have it there the next day. My salesman was Jeffery and he took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know about my new car. He also introduced me to everyone in the Team One family. I received great financing and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. This is the first time in over 20 years that I have not had to go out of town to purchase a new vehicle. “I cannot say enough good things about these guys!! ? [BACKSTORY] So my problem began when I took my 2021 vehicle to the dealer's service center after it began having problems & threw a code for P0299--turbo underboost issues. It was then that I found out that the 100,000 mile warranty I thought I had turned out to be only a 60,000 mile warranty because I was the 2nd owner. And my car had 60,900 miles. So, I paid them $400 to fix the problem only to return 2 days later & be told I now needed a turbo which would cost me $3500, even though they said they'd fixed the problem. ?? There wasn't a chance in hell of them touching my vehicle again. ? I had worked with a boy several years back who also worked for Ohana Auto Repair. Plus, I had heard nothing but good things about them. I picked up my car from the Kia place & drove it straight there. I am a single female so through out my life I've dealt with these mechanics who think they can get one over on you because you are a woman. Little do they know I come from a family full of mechanics & dirt track racers. BUT as soon as I got to Ohana & explained what happened they confirmed what I had thought all along with the other place. I left my car there for them to be to diagnose. They didn't just put a computer on it. They broke the turbo down to have a look inside & then confirmed it was bad. The part I needed was expensive so I started searching online for a cheaper version & when I found it, they were happy to purchase the cheaper part which in turn saved me money. The entire repair ended up costing me around 1900, almost half the cost of the other shop. They were respectful throughout the entire process & kept me informed of what was happening. They also done a fantastic job of explaining everything to me in detail. And even though I did not have the money up front,(it took me a week to get it together)they still ordered the part & worked on the car. I ended up getting the money the day the car was finished. You won't find many places that will do that. I am more than pleased with Ohana Auto Repair & in the future I won't take my cars anywhere else but there. Thanks to all of you guys at Ohana for an outstanding job!! ? ❤️”

More specifically, Justin that works in customer service and his mechanical specialist who both stopped what they were doing 15 minutes before close and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car so i didn't have to leave it over night. I've had my Kia for 4 years and love it, it has its problems like every other car, but they really went above and beyond to make sure that not only my car was okay, but that I was too. Extremely patient, kind, and understanding. I would recommend this dealership 100% after tonight and am so grateful to have had the help I did tonight. They deserve this review and more!”
“This shop is flawless. Super busy (rightfully so) and have never not been able to fix any weird (I drive an F350 6.0 soooo lol) issue that I bring my truck to him for. He’s so communicative, even if he’s short handed some days. He explains everything so in depth without mansplaining or degrading you for not understanding certain mechanic terminology. I searched through well over 30-40 shops before landing on Darrell’s and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did. The amount of time I wasted on these big ‘Stroked Out Diesel’ type places where your truck sits for months with zero communication makes me angry. Not that I want anyone taking up my time slots with Darrell’s, but for real- if you’ve got a diesel that’s got you stumped, he’ll figure it out.”
