“This place might look a little rough around the edges when you pull up, just like a plain old convenience store. HOWEVER, at the recommendation of some friends, we stopped in and got some of the BEST fried chicken we have ever had. The service was great. And those honey butter biscuits were just delectable. Will definitely be going to this local place instead of driving all the way into town (However, as a woman, I probably would not stop here alone after dark if I am to be honest).”

“I’ve been a customer with the CVS at Bakers Bridge and Carothers Pkwy in Franklin, Tn. for 22 years. I’ve witnessed a lot of changes through the years. Within the past 6-12 months, the pharmacy has made major changes to improve efficiency and customer service with my pharmacy needs. The pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient, especially Chris, who has been there forever! I recently decided to start using the CVS app so I can view the status of my prescriptions as they are being filled and place refills for my meds. I usually receive a text when they are ready as well. Give them a try with your pharmacy needs:)”

“My spouse fainted after the vaccination. The pharmacist was very helpful to provide comfort and care until my spouse is fully recovered.My young child got used to visits to "doctors" always end with a sticker. The staff at check-out overheard us explaining to our child that there is no sticker today. That staff called us back to give our child a sticker.These kind of care is what makes CVS our favourite pharmacy. Thank you to both the pharmacist and the check-out staff!”

“I am a sophomore at Auburn currently living at 221 Armstrong. I am in no way stretching the truth when I say that this CVS is the only thing standing between myself and severe hunger. I like to think of myself as a fairly optimistic guy, but even I know there are few sure things in this life. This CVS is one of those things. 24HRS 7 days a week. No games. The world could be ending and they would still be open. Scorched earth and they’re still in here serving the people. I hope to one day get married inside this CVS. Maybe raise my kids here, who knows.”

“Recently I had a fuel spill due to my inattention. One of the employees acted quickly to turn off the pump at risk to herself, which averted what could have been a fire. The owner and another employee came out to put down something to absorb all the gas. They were very kind and reassured me that everything was alright. I couldn’t say enough nice things about this store!”
