“They did excellent body work on my car, but caused me a problem when they added on a credit card surcharge even though I used a debit card, and it came to more than I had in my account. I called them ahead to find out what my bill would be and transferred money to cover it. Then they charged more than I was expecting, and it wasn't accepted by my c.u. We eventually got it straightened out, but it was pretty frustrating until we did.”

“My car has had random but reoccurring battery issues since I bought it new a few years back. I've had it on roadtrips and have it malfunction. It's been a pain and I've never known when it'll crop up. I've replaced the battery a few times. Taken it to dealership shops and non-dealership shops. It mysteriously happens and for some reason no one could figure out why and it would go away as mysteriously as it came. Tonight it happened again and I was stranded with my kiddo in the car. I tried all the things. I even tried my spare key to make sure it wasn't a programming thing. THANKFULLY I was few blocks away from the O'Reilly shop. Their staff was thoughtful and considerate of my problem. Their staff member, Fritz, helped me and discovered that the battery brand I was using needed a shim in order for it to make a proper connection and tighten down as it should. He was right. The shim was installed, everything tightened, and my car fired right up! Boom! A beautiful, simple, thoughtful fix. If someone had discovered it earlier it would have saved me hundreds if not thousands on shop visits and batteries. I'm thankful for O'Reilly's in Juneau today. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. They got me all fixed up. My first stop for car stuff forever.”

“The staff seem to know what they're doing and while they didn't have what I was looking for, they did help me find an adequate alternative. Based on some of the other reviews I was expecting to be treated much worse. No, the staff didn't roll out the red carpet for me and give me the VIP treatment but why should they? I was there to complete a transaction and get on with my day. That's exactly what happened so I'm satisfied.”

Both times, my car was fixed in good time. This last time, though, they went above and beyond! There were stickers on my car that I tried taking off, but the glue stuck to my car. Without me even asking them, they took off the glue from my stickers and the car looks so pretty now. Thank you so much, you guys are so very greatly appreciated! You guys are awesome!”
