I've been doing the class Stronger Longer with Nate and I've never felt better. It's the perfect class is you work full time. He works hard with you to keep you informed on the best way to take care of yourself from sleeping to good habits in the morning.

I love this gym. I joined after finishing physical therapy at Body in Blanche Physical therapy...which is also awesome. I love that it’s a small gym, but has everything I need for my workouts. The staff are friendly, and it fits in well will the atmosphere of downtown Palmer.

Ben is phenomenal and really listens to his clients. He customizes exercises and food for each person and what their goals are. I am recovering from a c-section and I was blown away by his knowledge related to maternity!

AKtive Body is a community oriented fitness center here to help you be the best version of yourself. We are located in the Koslosky Center in downtown Palmer.
Our facility includes an Endless Pool, free weights, squat racks, Free Motion cable machines, cardio equipment, treadmill, bikes, stair stepper, elliptical, locker rooms, sauna and showers.
