“Today "sunday" I returned to casa grande lowes because Friday evening I was there and made a number of purchases which included two propane tanks to be refill exchange. , fast forward a hour and paying for purchases including tanks , I load everything except the the tanks and take off with out tanks.So today I stopped in to see if by chance they were there with a note, "past experience " unfortunately no such luck however I was so lucky in having M J in consumer service help me after explaining what had happened, she took my receipts and about 15min she verified what I said checking the camera and yay I was given the tanks I had paid for .So huge shout out to me in casa grande lowest customer service.THANK YOU.”
