“My son was on his way home from work Saturday afternoon when the front passenger tire blew out on him. He is a new driver, just got his liscence a month ago, and has never changed a tire before. I posted on my local chat asking for help and Orlando Felix immediately responded that he was on his way.
I am so blessed to live in a community that helps each other out so willingly! He and a few other people stopped to help my son get the spare on his car. Orlando stated that he worked at American Tire Depot and suggested we go there on Monday to get a new tire installed.
After my son got off work Monday I met him at the shop and we got the new tire. The price was right, very affordable, and the service was AMAZING! We were in and out of there so quickly, I barely had time to think about the wait. Towards the end of their day I was worried that they would be backlogged, however, they fit us in immediately.
Service like that will keep my family coming back. I sincerely appreciate all of you, and especially Orlando. He stayed in constant contact with me as he looked for my son on the road and let me know when he was there.

After tires changed, my wheel ended up locking up after leaving and when I told him he called a friend and they even took care of that free of charge because he saw how stressed I got lol. “Some people say that "Customer Service is a dying art". But not at Jones Ford in Casa Grande. And I put them to the test during a very difficult day. First the people in Service - who took my 'sick' C-Max and were so helpful in diagnosing its problems and then delivering the bad news. And then the star of the day: CHRIS MCBRIDE in Sales, who helped me find a beautiful 2016 Chevelle Malibu. Chris is friendly but low-key - you never feel pressured - and so knowledgeable and so patient (even when I was very impatient) and helped me every step of the way. I really can't say enough. “3/18/26 took car in for a A/C check as air was not cool but warm. Alex said it was probably a leak. Had it checked by one of the Mechanics and found leak, new hose was put on and whatever was necessary. Car A/C is running fine now and customer service was great. I would reccomend them as the price was fair and service was fine.”

“I went in there to get a tire plugged, which had screw in the tire. They fixed the tire for no charge. I ended up getting new windshield wipers while I was in there. Bryce helped me out. He was Very helpful and professional.”

“Always hard to find a mechanic shop that will not go out of the way to overcharge on items you don’t need. These guys were great!!!! AC stopped cooling in this 115 AZ heat … all other shops I called, without even looking at the Toyota Sequoia, were saying that it had to be the compressor, so $3000. Middleton did a quick check, called for authorization, replaced blower, done same day for a fraction of the cost! On top of this, they fixed the cowling at the bottom of the drivers seat and said nothing … what a great surprise! Told us a few other minor things that we may want to look at later date. Over and beyond! Found my place … family owned for 50 years! Highly recommended. Oh, asked then about one of my other car issue, they told me what to do myself to fix the issue. Honest!!!”

“On this day, I can’t say enough good things about Big O Tires.
I stopped in just to have the air checked in my tires, and the sweetest young woman helped me. I’m not sure of her name, but she was absolutely amazing! She welcomed me right away and checked my tires. That’s when we discovered that both of my front tires were completely worn down to the wire.
What made this even more important was that I had a very important appointment in Mesa for with my 6-year-old son that day. When they showed me the condition of the tires, it honestly gave me chills thinking about what could have happened if I had driven on the freeway. As a mom, I felt sick to my stomach.
The young woman, the manager, and the entire staff were incredibly kind and reassuring. They immediately let me know that it wasn’t safe to drive and even said, “We promise we’re not just trying to make a sale, but you should not take these tires on the freeway. It could be dangerous.” If I could upload the photos, you’d completely understand why they were concerned.
Not only did they get me set up with new tires and full service, but they also worked quickly enough to get me back on the road in time for my son’s appointment.
While we waited, they offered my son a donut and water, brought me a cup of coffee, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They made my son laugh, showed him some cool things around the shop, and helped keep him entertained while I was having a full-on mom meltdown. ?
Thank you to everyone who was there that day. You were truly a blessing, and you turned a stressful, scary situation into a much easier experience. Your kindness, honesty, and genuine care meant more than you know.”
