“Should have got the man's name, but I had an emergency flat tire AND my car wouldn't start. I Googled a towing company and he arrived in 30 minutes. My insurance company was closed, he was extremely helpful and professional all the while it was cold as hell outside. I made it home safely and he gave me a couple recs for tires. Thank you again!!! Definitely above and beyond when I was panicking.”
“Huge shot out Rich and Cat Tow. We had a car accident outside our dental office this afternoon. Car went through gravel and radiator fluid everywhere. He got here, got car on truck. Then spent the remainder cleaning up site, pushed dirt back into area and placed something to absorb fluid. We have a lot of walkers who take their dogs through.
