I love going to optum. I made many friends, there are exercise classes , art, Zumba, tai chi, a gym , socializing. Belly dancing and more and it’s all free.

OptumCare Community Centers offer a welcoming place for adults 55+ to get active and stay healthy. We offer classes and events to help improve physical, mental and emotional health. It’s also a great place to connect with others in the community.
