“I have to say, my experience at the Lake Havasu City Discount Tire store was truly a 5 star experience.From the gentleman who first greeted me and wrote up the invoice, to the last gentleman who guided me backing out of the bay, and the gentleman who did the tire replacing. Every one of these people was professional, polite, and paid attention to me, the customer. I did not see one person in that store who was not happy to be there. Everyone seemed to like their job. This kind of service has gone away where I live. Seriously, I left that store thinking, wow, did that just happen? The rest of the world's needs to step it up. I'm a tough critic, and for me to give 5 stars is rare. I can't say enough good things, I will be back.”
