“My husband and I were in your store last Thursday, January the 24th in the hopes of getting a device for home internet because our cellphone carrier didn't have any availability. There was only one salesperson named Sam working that evening. I noticed how attentive he was with his current customer and how he had set her mind at ease with everything she was concerned about. We spent a little time in the store because like I said he was the only employee there. But watching the quality of care and service he spent with his customers was very refreshing. When it came to our turn he provided us with the same excellent customer service as he did the others which was quite impressive. He helped us as if we were his first customers and we truly appreciated his genuineness . Thank you for a great experience we had visiting your store, Sam. Keep up the good work. “Christina was extremely helpful, competent, and personable. I told her over the phone about the issue I was having, and she suggested I visit her store (T-Mobile in Payson, AZ) to resolve the issue: setting up a hotspot on my phone so I could resume working on my laptop. After greeting me very pleasantly upon entering the store, in just a few minutes Christina had taken care of my problem and answered all of my questions. She was equally helpful during a quick follow-up call to answer my one remaining question. Put simply, Christina is an excellent representative of your business (unless the rest of your employees are all terrible, and she's some kind of anomaly, being the *opposite* of terrible -- let's call it terrific!).”

“Not so much of a review of the Walmart as I was only in here for all of thirty minutes and only in sports. Never the less, Mary in sports is the absolute best. I stopped in while on a fishing trip to get bait and saw an item behind the case calling my name. Well Mary pops up out of nowhere asking me what I'd like to see, answering questions, and to just help in anyway she could. Then she patiently helped me fill out paperwork and complete my transaction. All the while, thanking me for my patience when in really I should have been thanking her for hers! She is a delight and a very hard worker. If the manager is reading this, you need to bring Mary a coffee tomorrow and take her to lunch. She's a rockstar!”
