I did everything online with them! It was a bit slower than I would have liked but my return was nice and I was reached out to and they apologized for the speed but I will be returning next year!

Terrible business practices. The company will invoice you outside of agreed-upon charges and not refund your prepayment despite not having provided you with the agreed-upon services.
