I just had the worst experience at Phoenix Family Medical Clinic on 35th Ave & Baseline Rd. I'm a disabled veteran that uses a cain. The staff was no help. Alyssa C. was absolutely unprofessional.

Rude staff. Asked to see a doctor, I was told no. Then I was told that although I could not see a doctor, that my visit with the nurse practitioner would be billed through MY doctor that I could not meet. Seriously questionable practices. Not worth the trouble.
