My conversation today with 3 different HD employees. Me- can I get some more of these 2x4s? Them- do we have any more?How should I know. You work at HD not me. Them- wait here for 20-30 mins.

They were very helpful in picking out plants that would make it through the winter. The lady back there was also helpful by showing us plants that discouraged all kinds of bigs and spiders.

Helpful employees who come to you! Take the time to listen, help you look for items and never act impatient, bored or distracted. I just moved here. Went to both stores and the Prescott Valley store is best! Also, good inventory and clean store.
