Cindy & her team are delightful. They know bikes & are very patient during the shopping/buying process. The shop is filled with quality products & the prices are not highly marked up. Great value & even better customer service makes High Gear one of the region's best bike shops.

This is my favorite bike shop in Prescott. There's the service building which also has the bikes for sale, while the old house next door has bike clothing and accessories. The house also has a fine collection of memorabilia on display. Cindy was very personable and helped me find the perfect bike gloves.

My brakes were out and I needed spokes replaced after I wrecked my bike. They got her up and running for a fair price. Will be coming back for my future bike needs.
