West campus ER sent 90 year old woman home and forgot to remove the IV first!! Staff members were very kind, but abandoned us when they shut down the department at shift change, not even offering a glass of water. Needs much improvement despite marketing efforts saying otherwise…

The ER doctor (Lampe) was fabulous!!! We appreciated all the great ER staff. They were slammed the night we ended up there. Everyone was pulling together and doing their best. We were from out of state but treated like home towners. Thanks for being there when we needed help!
