Enjoyed a birthday dinner with our daughter and son in law. We're disappointed that Prado was sold out of many of our favorite entrees and dessert. Nice service, but probably won't go back, disappointing...

Service was terrible not due to the server but the long time it took between food courses. We were at the table for two hours to complete our Christmas dinner. We frequent the Prado but we will not return.

Beautiful venue, gorgeous room, great food, splendid waiter. Unfortunately, all those good things were spoiled by inappropriate, LOUD music (often a problem here), and a very chilly atmosphere due to overuse of air conditioning.
