“I bought my first car from SV Nissan in 2016 when we moved to Sierra vista and while that was a positive experience I never needed them in between then and 2025 when I ended up trading in that car for a newer car. That was also a great experience (shout out Luis) including the couple of minor things that needed to be fixed on the car. Joe was super helpful and gave me no push back on fixing those things, both things were fixed way quicker than expected.
I needed the ac display module replaced a few months later (the oil from an AC vent clip I had put in the vent above the module leaked) I ordered the part and Jose set me up to have my car done within a few hours for just the cost of labor.
Fast forward to now. My rogue was unfortunately one affected by one of the recalls. Jose was my go to since I usually dealt with him but I had the opportunity to work with Anthony this time around. My car broke down in Tucson and I was calmly freaking out, but it’s like Anthony knew. He reminded me that my car still had the power train warranty and without making any promises, he assured me this most likely sounded like it’d fall within that warranty. I had the car towed back and Jose let me know once it got there around 430/5pm, and I had a diagnoses by noon the next day- which I didn’t expect it to be diagnosed that quickly. I swung by for a couple things out of the car and met one of the guys that I’m assuming diagnosed it and he was super nice, explained everything in a way I could understand.
I picked my car up today and so far so good. While I don’t recommend the experience of catastrophic engine failure 😅 I can say that if you run into it, these guys have your back for real. Patience is key though, some parts could be back ordered due to the major recall but these guys are communicative and make sure you’re taken care of in the process.
I still have no regrets, love my rogue, and I’m glad for Ed Morse Nissan. 😊”
