I would like to rate it higher but the employees really put out a negative, uncaring vibe. The food is excellent though and the store was clean. I'll give it another try in case this was a fluke. Food is top notch!

Update: The manager called me and made things right. Back on my top list of regular places to eat. Glad they were able to give me a good resolution. Very professional and courteous. Will be coming back soon.

Hook and ladder is my favorite sub, personally I think they have the best subs in Tucson!!!
