This place is absolutely awesome! The food was unbelievably good! And the service was great! I was out there visiting from Minnesota and just happened to stumble upon this place. I would definitely go back if I were out there again! Very pleased!

The name seemed to encompass another dream that we had for establishing a unique, western-like restaurant- one that would be "a cut above" the rest.
