The Garbanzo bean class was an eye-opener! Had never seen, nor eaten, a fresh garbanzo bean before and was surprised at its versatility - and affordable cost. The cooking demo was clear and could be duplicated easily at home. Lovely to taste the recipes - another boost to replicating the experience.
