Helpful and kind are all the staff from the front desk help to their officers. Good local feel. Although their vehicles/trucks seem to be outdated and not maintained well, you can hear their engines starting to give out but they do go off road a-lot and have to be pushed to the limit.Dispatch is always kind and informative
