I have a spotty driving record and they were able to locate me coverage rather quickly for a reasonable amount.I give them 4/5 because I had called before I got there and asked them if they took debit cards, as i was trying to create a policy, and so I'd know if I needed to stop at a bank. The employee said yes.So I show up on my lunch break to start a policy to find out that the startup down payment is cash, monthly payments are able to be paid via debit.I had to leave there go to a bank and come back to finish the sign up process. This made me a little late back from lunch.Other than this, the place has been great!”

State Farm helped me immediately when my newly licensed granddaughter wrecked our car. They were right there with help when my windshield cracked and my extended warranty would not honor the claim. When I called and spoke with Lee to see if the windshield replacement would be covered, not only was it covered, but before we hung up, the retailer of my choosing had already been contacted that I would be calling for the replacement!
