“On the way home from a week long vacation, our car started acting up. There was no way we were going to make it back to Texas. Saturday morning, no mechanic places were open or even returning phone calls…..except Todd. Not only did he send me the Google link for the tow truck, he said he didn’t mind having a look same day. We got there to his shop, he put it right on the computer and diagnosed quickly. We fully expected to have to pay for a hotel since it was a weekend and he obviously had a busy shop. But Todd said not to worry, the parts were in stock and he would fit us in so we wouldn’t have to hunt for a hotel. He directed us to a few restaurants and said he would get right on it. Not only did he completely fix the issue, he did it in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price!! Might be one of the first times I walked away from a mechanic shop not feeling sick to my stomach. Lol. Took a couple hours and Todd and his wife were very pleasant and knowledgeable. He said he imagined we were ready to get back home to our kids and was glad he could help. Todd was a Godsend. If I lived in Arkansas, I wouldn’t hesitate to give him every bit of our business. A genuinely great person who loves what he does. My husband and I will always be grateful.Service: Engine repair”

“While traveling back from "Arrowhead Point RV Park " in Osceola Missouri and going through Harrison Arkansas we were flagged down by passer-bys that we had a real Tire Issue on out Gulfstream TT Tow behind Camper... Its passenger side rear Axle Tire/Wheel was leaning out during to its "Wheel Bearing" had blown out destroying the wheel hub and brake assembly... We were able to limp into Andy Yeagers Used Car lot on RT65 and access the damage and spent the night... Their car salesman "Billie" was the Greatest giving us "Jordan's RV Parts and Servive" phone number and address at Younes Street, Harrison AR... We went to Jordan's and owner Richard and associate Tom took care of us having to order a New Rear Axle,,, remove the old and install the New then we also had them inspect the Brakes and Repack the other axles Wheel Bearings... "Thank You "Jordan's RV Parts and Service" !!!”
