“This is a sad thing to say but we admit at our age we don't understand these phones. When the left-wing phony companies can't these phones and turn them into hand computers and take them away from the people that use them we recognize this is done deliberately to keep senior citizens from trying to figure out what the heck is happening. If it were not for the Verizon store I would have thrown my phone out the window years ago but we have excellent help there and we go to them every time we encounter another upgrade or change to the system that we do not understand. The Verizon store staff are the ones that save us senior, for everything cell phone needs.”

But these Squaretek folks haven't discouraged me through 3 locations . I Appreciate their patience,when dealing with 10 pounds squeezed in a 5 pound bag, you will need it. He actually cares about his customers, which makes this particular store even better than any of their competitors could ever wish to be. This is not my first time going to this Cricket store, either…. I’ve seen him help other customers get exactly what they came in for, as well.If you want great cell phone service, along with the phone you really want….
