“We were visiting for the weekend from 300 miles away and at 2:30 on a Friday our brake caliper locked up and our vehicle would barely move. We were close to Johnson automotive and pulled in and even though they were busy they had it diagnosed and parts ordered within 30 minutes. No parts were available until the next morning and we were stuck until Mr. Casey said he would let us borrow one of his personal vehicles until our SUV was fixed. I was blown away. He didn't have to do that, but I was beyond grateful and it saved our entire trip. The next morning they had it running and we drove it home Sunday with no problems. “We had a problem with my older European car - note: I normally do ALL work on my car myself, but being 250 miles from home with no tools and on vacation - hard to trust anyone to my "baby"... We had two options of what could have broken - one was very bad and the other was an hour job - fortunately (for parts availability) it was the easy 1 hour job - but he had a couple of ideas on how to do it better - so I learned a few tricks and he put up with me going on about all the stuff I'd done to my 275,000 mile survivor... and got back to divebombing through the mountains in no time... and at a very good price for him dropping everything and just fixing it on the ground right then and there.Truly appreciated and would use again.”

“This is certainly an establishment I trust in the name alone. They should have shops in every city Walmart does.The work was done in a timely fashion, I got a killer deal on size 20 tires that are 10 ply!! Nobody could beat it.I did knock off a start because it was a very depressing atmosphere. Maybe someone recently passed away, I'm not sure. There are beverages and a few tables to sit at if you aren't too over weight. They are the old style booths with permanent placement. So bring a chair or grab one of the benches outside. One shaded, one was not.Poor lighting and poor display of their selection of awesome tires.If customers can't see em, we can't buy em.The tall gentleman helping me ( usually the only one who is) was so very helpful in finding me a deal that matched my original tires but it turned out that would not fit.He did a fantastic job but like everyone else, he kinda seemed depressedNo music playing, no Wi-Fi, limited seating options, poor lighting, and maybe a better display or layout of their small shop.I'll come manage the changes. ?”
