“I will drive to Cabot, AR to go to this particular store. I could go to Conway or Searcy and they are equally as close. I like this store because of the wonderful women who work there. I truly enjoy the clearance racks. I like to order from the internet and send it to this store. There is a lot of bargains online that are not in the store. The charge for sending to the store is $0. But the ladies asked me if I would have them to order what I wanted online so their store would get credit and not the warehouse. I stated that it might take a lot of time to type it all in and they said, that is our job and we are happy to do it for you. Service with a smile and that will get me every time. Shop this CATO'S because the customer service cannot be beat!”

Very nice associates and even when shorthanded they work hard to get everyone checked out and that the customer leaves happy. Great selection of clothing and accessories for really great prices!”

“I recently popped into Plato's Closet and was so impressed with the selection. There were so many awesome, gently used clothes and accessories that caught my eye. Unfortunately, I just couldn't find anything in my size on this particular trip.
Even though I didn't get to buy anything, it's clear the store has some great finds. The inventory changes quickly, so I'm sure someone else will be lucky enough to find a great deal! It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for unique and affordable clothing.”

“The staff is absolutely amazing! My sophomore son had a late invite by a Jr to the 26 Cabot prom….like 6 days prior 😳🤗 We entered the store on a Monday clueless about anything , the staff immediately helped us feel at ease. The young lady was very familiar with all the tuxedo fits, as she was also attending the very same prom as a Senior. I was impressed with her knowledge of the inventory and her confidence in suggesting the latest styles. We walked out in 45 minutes with a head to toe fit!! We were able to get everything needed in one location in less than an hour!!!!! 🧐 Although, upon pick up (only 3 days later) the jacket arms were too short , they were able to overnight the larger size at no additional cost! Over all, I am extremely satisfied with the welcoming atmosphere, the employees’ knowledge of inventory and trends, and the quality of tux rentals. My only suggestion is the white button up contour shirts be replaced with thinner, more breathable material,,,,at least for the youth! My son, who plays many sports, sweat himself literally sick in that thick ridged shirt!! But other that that A + for staff, convenience and atmosphere”
