From the very first interaction, it was clear that he genuinely cares—not just about animals, but about the people who love them. I am still completely astounded that Dr. Turner took the time to personally call me to talk through my dog Bo’s diet. In a world where so often you feel rushed or brushed off, that level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness meant everything. He listened, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt confident and supported in caring for Bo. It’s rare to find a veterinarian who combines such deep medical knowledge with such a big heart. Dr. Turner treats his patients like family, and it shows in every interaction. Bo and I are incredibly grateful to have found him, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog’s care. “Dr. Parker and his staff are friendly, caring and super responsive when you call with a question. We had an older cat that visited Dr. Parker and his staff for his annual exams for many years. As our cat aged he was diagnosed with kidney disease; Dr. Parker was transparent in what we should expect and there for us right up until his passing. Dr. Parker’s team sent us a card to express their condolences. We recently adopted a new healthy kitten and Dr. Parker just completed his exam. We have had several veterinarians over the years due to relocations, etc. and while each practice had good points what really stands out with Sugar Creek Animal Hospital is the consistent service, compassion, and transparency we have received from Dr. Parker and his staff. By far best in class service.”

“I’m incredibly grateful to St. Francis Animal Hospital! I called because both of my girls were suffering from terrible allergies—their skin was so itchy and irritated that they had scratched it raw, and neither of them had slept the night before.
They were able to see both of them within an hour of my call, which meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, compassionate, and welcoming. Everyone was knowledgeable, took the time to address my concerns, and made sure my girls were comfortable and well cared for.

Just as important, Faithful Friends has been wonderful in taking good care of her, in occasional day care, boarding, technician treatments and veterenarian visits. I couldn't ask for better -- thank you very, very much!
Added again: Every time I take my dog to Faithful Friends Animal Clinic, I come away happy, satisfied and usually smarter about her. Whether for for Doggy Daycare, Boarding, seeing a Technician for minor things, or a Veterinarian for more involved procedures, the service is top-notch. “Dr. Mark Davis saved our dog's life. Our dog had a heat stroke on a Sunday night. I took her to an emergency animal hospital (not davis animal hospital) and they tried to stabilize her, but were not all that helpful. Dr. Davis then met me at his clinic and that is when everything changed for Coco and she got on the path to healing. Dr. Davis took care of her for over a week at his clinic and slowly nursed her back to health. He was calm, compassionate, and very knowledgable. He did not make any rushed decisions. I also believe in the power of prayer and I know that Dr. Davis also prayed for Coco, which made a difference. She is doing better than ever and our family is forever grateful for his skills and kindness.”

“Had an issue with scheduling the appointment and they were able to work with me. Had they not, this would’ve been a VERY frustrating day after having wrangled a cat, who then proceeded to pee all over himself. Which they cleaned up. I can’t say enough good about this experience.
