“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Marty Turner at Cornerstone Animal Clinic in Fayetteville. His kindness and compassion truly set him apart. From the very first interaction, it was clear that he genuinely cares—not just about animals, but about the people who love them. I am still completely astounded that Dr. Turner took the time to personally call me to talk through my dog Bo’s diet. In a world where so often you feel rushed or brushed off, that level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness meant everything. He listened, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt confident and supported in caring for Bo. It’s rare to find a veterinarian who combines such deep medical knowledge with such a big heart. Dr. Turner treats his patients like family, and it shows in every interaction. Bo and I are incredibly grateful to have found him, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog’s care. I was given our options for treating my cats UTI they diagnosed her with, as well as pricing….which, by the way, was very reasonable compared to other places. I didn’t have to wait long for us to be seen/diagnosed/and sent on our way. Very pleased with this place, and would gladly come here again for vet needs!!”

“Everyone at the clinic is extremely kind to Matilda, my cat! They take the time to address all of my concerns, talk me through different options for care, and work with me to find the best path forward. Matilda is an older cat I adopted after her previous owner passed. I knew very little about her medical background and Faithful Friends helped me identify some big health concerns and get them addressed immediately. A few people at the front desk recognize Matilda now and make a point to say hello to her and ask me how she’s doing, it’s a little thing but it means the world to me that Matilda is loved by her care team. Everyone I come in contact with there is phenomenal!”

From the moment we walked in, they did not judge us for the tears that were flowing as we spent our last few minutes with our beloved pet Frisco. “We love Lyon! Just went for our first sick visit and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. All of the staff was caring and kind and so sweet to my pup. Never judgmental but gave solid advice for going forward. Never sat more than 5 minutes without someone coming in to do something. Took extra care to make sure she would not hurt herself or others. $60 for examination and $25 for a quick fecal lab. Good pricing. Great people! Sent home with everything needed to get her back to her usual self.”

“This review is long overdue, I'm sorry, and Levi is absolutely thriving and healing well thanks to Dr Jones and his wonderful staff who made sure to communicate everything to him timely for us!
Dr. Jones is truly one of a kind. Even after moving out of state (he was my vet in Oklahoma for years), he continued to go above and beyond for me and my boxer—helping diagnose his very puzzling symptoms, guiding us to the right specialists, and ultimately helping save his life. He called to check in several times, making sure we understood every step, and used his incredible network of contacts to ensure we had the best care possible! Not only is Dr Jones exceptionally thorough in the care he gives, he makes sure you understand everything and makes it less scary. He also has an extremely calm and caring demeanor, my other boxer is a very shy girl who just lit up like she was on a play date when she got to see him, everyone in his office spoke so highly of him too and they were always pleasant to talk with. I was sad to see him move but know it’s the best for him, but I told him I’d happily travel to keep him as our vet! Dr. Jones is the best, and you simply cannot go wrong putting your pet’s care in his hands. Thank you for everything you’ve done for Levi, Piper, and our family!

“Our sweet dog, Lola, was having major issues, due to her old age. We took her to the animal hospital in Springdale, where they just wanted our money, and to not help our dog; was there all day; sent us on our way thinking their expensive “out patient treatment” was actually going to help. No, our dog was unfortunately too sick.
I’ve never been to this vet before, but the next day after the hospital, I made an appointment with them. When my dog was getting worse, I rushed her over there before the appointment time. They saw us IMMEDIATELY.
Unfortunately, they gave us the news, but in the most gentle way. They could tell we were heartbroken. One of the girls even pulled me out of the waiting room, as I was just a mess and gave me some water.
The girls and the doctor were so patient and gentle. The doctor was very informative as well in a calm tone and that helps a lot. I’m not one for doctors sugar coating anything.
Anyways, we decided to go the cremation route. They gave us our own box, they went as far as making us a card and each of the staff writing a sweet message on it and signing it. Literally brought tears to my eyes, we were so touched.
In all my years of being a pet owner, I’ve never received such kindness from a staff. As well as giving such clear information.
I can definitely say; we will be keeping this vet for our other two dogs and cat!
I recommend going here! Thank you again All Dogs, you made that transition for our lovely Lola as tender and comforting as it could be.”
