Yesterday I had to have a procedure at the Endoscopy dept. I just want to thank the staff for making me feel so special. I wish I could remember their names to give each one a shout out. I do remember Miss. Sassy as I call her, she actually made it fun, believe or not. Dr.Bandejo, you're the greatest!!!

A patient should not be in ER SEVEN times in less than 3 months SEVEN! And without any answers. They still REFUSE to refer to Mayo Clinic after admitting they have no idea what is wrong. They are just milking insurance. They passed obvious malpractice a couple months ago. This place is dangerous.

Worst hospital stay ever. I left in worse shape than I came in. The nurses made us sit in these hard chairs for 15 hours. My sciatica brought me to tears. Nobody cared.
