On hold for long periods of time, the last time was over an hour just to ask if I had prescriptions ready. The line at this location is never long, often times there isn't a car in the drive-through.

I paid $129 for rapid COVID test that is supposed to give results in 2 hours but 3 days later I still don't have my results. I've been on hold with the pharmacy for about 40 minutes!!!! This business is a fraud!

25 minutes before close and melissa the employee refused to let me use the restroom bc she already cleaned it. Considering it was an emergency that can cause medical issues was none of her concern. 25 minutes yall! Horrible customer service and Melissa was extremely rude in how she handled the situation.
