“Yes I gave them 5 stars because they did what they where asked an went beyond we recently had a bad experience at Landers Toyota in fact they charge us outrageously and didn't do the work. So don't go to Landers !So We decided to take it to Trotter because we had a 1700 mile trip to take and needed trust worthy service & the service was extremely on point at Trotter yes we paid twice but knowing the work was truly done was comforting they went the extra mile and verified the work that had been done at landers which was spark plugs,water flush .. they charge us 1180.00 for those 3 things they did was an I can try to get some of my money back fromLanders .Well we did make it to our destination with comfort because MY TRUCK WAS RUNNING LIKE SHE WAS BRAND NEW hallelujah no more pull to the right & runs like a dream I totally could see a HUGE DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE .. THANKS GUYS GOD BLESS YOU .. & THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON LESSON LEARNED !!!”

“They did a good job running a diagnostic on our recently purchased vehicle and completing some of the work that needed done. However I was disappointed in their charging sometimes twice for basic items like sensors, or $300 each for tires, or what they charged for labor. It was a shock to have to spend almost $1000 for a brake job, to put 3 tire sensors in, and replace 2 panels. Pricing for these items at other repair facilities was much lower.”

“I know CJ thru the various trainings and organizations we are both involved in within the collision repair industry. He is among a small percentage of collision repairers who 100% put the safety and well being of his customers above all else. I see a 2 star review left recently by a Clark Walker. Well, Mr. Walker appears to be an independent damage appraiser. He seems to feel that CJ's is "hard to work with". I don't know about you but when someone tasked with cost containment for an insurer says that a repair facility is "hard to work with" and is willing to defame that shop in their Google reviews rating, that is exactly the kind of shop I want repairing my vehicle. Proper, safe repairs cost money, and CJ's wont cut corners or sacrifice your safety or peace of mind.”
