This store is a great place . I switched 2 phones and got a great deal. Also trying the internet as I need a mobile setup. Will was a great person to help us and appreciate their help .

I was calling for a coworker, just need the reps to listen WELL with their ears and not their mouthRepeated myself twice and rep still gave incorrect informationBut service was straightened out at the end

This store is closed today due to wet asphalt...... yet this lot is full of customers at the other seven stores in this shopping area.... The parking lot is full also... but again, the T-mobile store is closed due to no visible issue with the parking lot. SMH
