Over the years I've had occasion that I had to call them and never have I been connected with a service person in under 8-10 minutes....never. Have registered a complaint on 3 occasions and requested a supervisor call me back as I hate to fuss at a person that has no control over the situation. Have they ever called me back????? NOT ONCE. Every time I have to call them I swear I'm going to change banks....but it's such a hassle.”
