From the start, they found me better insurance coverage for significantly cheaper rates than I was getting quoted directly from progressive, state farm, etc. and still with a major insurer !
Over my time with them, I had 0 issues and everything was incredibly easy to use.
When I sadly had to cancel, I made a feaux pas and did not finish everything on my end. This caused the next month to draft like normal, meaning I paid two different insurances in two different states for my same car. As soon as I realized my mistake I gave them a call, they were SO understanding and went absolutely above and beyond to help me get everything corrected.

On the other hand, State Farm utilizes outsourced companies, which made it exceedingly difficult for her to accomplish her task.
