One small caveat: they close for lunch from 12–1 p.m., which is perfectly normal but not mentioned on their website. In short, you can count on great service—just plan around that lunch hour.”

“My wife's RAV4 has a Lifetime Alignment through Firestone. We have used other of their locations for this service in the past over the years without issue.
I had several new rear suspension parts installed by another shop due to the old bushings being worn out, and afterward took it to the Firestone location on Mission Blvd. for a 4-wheel alignment. I explained it had numerous new parts, thus the need for an alignment.
Afterward it did not feel right to me, but I don't drive my wife's car that often. I had her drive it and she said it did not feel right, and did not feel safe in it, and confirmed my observation that the rear end felt unstable on turns and bumps in the road. Took it back and had them align it again. It still felt off.
Took it to Southern Tire Mart in Tontitown and paid them $150 to align it while I had it there getting new tires installed. It now feels stable and like it did before! No more swaying and darting from the rear end!
Isidro, the technician, was awesome! Very friendly and informative! He also found a loose jam nut on a control arm and said the toe-in was out of spec.
So glad Southern Tire Mart was able to make my iwfe's car stable and safe again!”

“HCS, they listen to the customers needs. Not just the contractor who desperately can't be without his truck. But all the way through to the house wife or teenager for school. They work with your schedule and budget to get you the best quality for investing in thus company of professionals. Not familiar with many other shops but usually when the mechanic says it's done it there door your car goes. HCS actually has a quality control person go back over the vehicle prior to releasing it to you to avoid issues. As a contractor that really speaks to me about the pride they take in thier work. The diagnostic system they present is informative and basic enough to understand regardless of repair knowledge you have. That presentation allows you to decide what you can make budget in time or how best to allocate finances. Very respectful atmosphere. Would not worry if my wife was doing a vehicle off. Thanks again HCS really athleticism the team work and the patience of Nick my main contract. Last time had differnt guys work on the truck. The results where more than satisfactory and very pleased. They earned my loyalty and trust.”

“Josh came to my rescue today and I couldn't be happier! I had a flat tire at work and called a few different businesses and humans asking for help and came across the ad for this company. When I called I was told it'd be at least an hour before anyone could head my way, but 10 mins later Josh said he'd be there in 15 mins and he was. He was kind and funny and worked quickly and fixed my tire, not just changed it, fixed it, and I was on my way. Highly recommend!”

“Took my Jeep to a tire shop in Springdale with locations in 25 states that told me that my "leaking" tire was not repairable, and they offered to sell me a new tire. Since I didn't like their price, I went to Mac's to purchase a tire, and they showed me that my rim was damaged, not my tire. Had Mac's put my "non repairable" tire on a new rim and no leaks. Knowledgeable and ethical. Great experience!”
