“Hello there. I am now an old but new customer of Car-Mart Springdale Arkansas. Yesterday I had a not so good experience with Car-Mart Fayetteville Yesterday. It was an experience that had me pretty upset especially with me being at my lowest and just needing someone to make me feel like I was more than just a customer. I left with pain and disappointment that no one could understand. This morning I woke up not a good experience but I needed to reach out to explain my situation and the customer service I experienced Yesterday. I called the 800 number and was transferred to the same store I had had an bad experience for the first time. Nothing really was addressed with that conversation as I expected. I called the 800 and was then transferred to the Springdale lot. I was in tears again at that point..I was at the bottom. Ready to just let go. I talked to general manager about my concerns my problems my bad experience and she pretty much said where are you at and I'm sending 2 of my lady workers to get you give me address and stay there. I didn't believe that it would be a experience I will never forget. I'm walking back to where I was stranded and a white car pulls up with two ladies with smiles and conversations. At this point I'm stressed tired exhausted in many ways. Little did I know that this would start a conversation that would forever change me. The ride I cried but I let it out. Wasn't rushed. Compassion. From the time I walked into Carmart Springdale everyone gave me full attention and heard all my needs. Omg I don't know who I say is the best because they were such a team! The energy The empathy the professionalism was 100%. I was able to be honest not be judged be valued and be heard. I hope and pray that each one of them realize what they did for me today. I was ready to give up. I can now keep working and go to school because of your team. I hope that you understand so much of my life was given back today. The chance to succeed. I am grateful and blessed for each of them for giving me a breath of fresh air. I can breathe. Please acknowledge all of them. There needs to be teams like this at all locations.”

I had been searching for months for the perfect car and came across a listing that Quality Auto had just posted, literally 36 min. before. I quickly called and talked with "Sammy" and told him I was very interested and would be there in an hour. He said he would hold it for me, which he graciously did. I know, for sure, if I had not called him, it would have been already sold. I was greeted by Sammy, car keys in hand, and was told to drive it as long as we needed, which we did!The car was beautiful, but, more importantly, I felt that Sammy was honest and transparent when it came to the car, and, I know he could have gotten much more for it than he had it listed for. I'd give them five stars except that a couple of cars had tires that had a little too much wear on them. Any sizeable lot should invest in tires. A couple hundred dollars for new shoes could get another thousand in sale price and a much quicker sale.”
