“My teenage daughter had a tire emergency in 100 mile, and after the help of some locals to get her donut on, she was told she shouldn’t drive on it back to Williams Lake, and had to spend a night there.I called a different shop, and they had no inventory for her vehicle, but suggested this business.After speaking with Frank explaining the situation, he told me to get her to bring her car and mangled tire down and would see what he could do affordably.My daughter went in, and within 5 minutes she had a tire and was getting it put on!! She said they were all very nice to her, but especially Frank the owner.Kudos to him and his team for making a hard situation easier for my teen daughter, not just by making it affordable for her - but for treating her like a human and a real customer. I will highly recommend this business to anyone I know!!! Again, thank you all so much!!!- from a worried mother, even if only 100 kms away”

“Had an electrical issue with my 2015 Superduty not shifting the transfer case. The tech that worked on it was TANNER. Great attitude, very helpful and transparent with what he was doing and gave me continuous updates as he did it. He was chasing an open circuit (broken wire) which can be very difficult. He found and fixed it in as timely a fashion as possible. Very happy with TANNER. As far as the dealer goes, I thought the hourly rate at $158 was about $25 an hour too high”
