“I had an amazing experience with this auto body shop. Paul was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. My back right bumper was damaged, and when I got my car back it looked absolutely brand new, you would never be able to tell there had been any damage at all. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the attention to detail really showed. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest service and top-quality repairs. Thanks again, Paul!”

Both times, the workmanship was excellent, and our vehicles looked like new. The team was professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the repair process. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and quality of work. Thank you!”

“Kirmac Collision in Abbotsford was amazing from start to finish. They picked up our vehicle and set us up with a courtesy car right away, which made the whole process seamless. The repair work itself was excellent quality, and the car came back fully detailed and spotless. Definitely a first class experience. Communication throughout was top notch. Kazim was our point of contact and went above and beyond with his team to keep us informed and make sure everything was handled properly. This is hands down the best experience we’ve had with a body shop, and we’ll be bringing all of our business fleet work to them going forward. Highly recommend.”

He took the time to connect me with an excellent local mechanic who was able to take care of the issue. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help, even when it meant referring me elsewhere. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you, Germaine, for the outstanding support—I highly recommend Cool It to anyone looking for honest and helpful service!”

“Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop. Thank you so much for standing by your work and providing such excellent costomer service!Service: Body & Trim”

34346 Manufacturers Way Unit 6, Abbotsford BC V2S 7M1
“The products are of exceptional quality in my opinion. But you need to realize that this company is a manufacturer that distributes through parts stores and is not a retail outlet so don't expect to see hours of operation or similar information. The website does offer a vehicle application search that also covers marine and industrial wire sets which spans thousands of listings. I have had custom wire sets made for vintage and show cars which I ordered through my local parts store. Very happy with my experiences.”
