Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgable and the waiting area is very comfortable. Sam, one of the owners even has treats for the doggies! While waiting, I walked down the street to the Matsqui Bridge trail along the water. 5/5 recommend for sure! Great place.”

“Excellent service today ! Had lost my Thule roof top carrier keys, called ahead and brought Thule to your shop. Employee and myself went thru 100 master keys, found the lucky one 3 from the end and still wouldn’t open so we tried a new key from their display carrier and it worked. We googled AC repair and Cool It was right past the Sumas border crossing. My husband called & Adam said they would fit us in. “Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop. “Fix Auto is a Tesla-approved body shop. I had to replace my windshield for my model 3. Erin whom I spoke with at the time explained the process well. She was warm, helpful & gave me the relevant information I need. When I came in for an assessment, their reception office was nice & clean. Erin even offered me a drop off/pick up service to/from my home on the date of the repair. They finished the repair quickly & I didn’t have to wait the next day to pick up my car. Kelly at reception gave me a nice package of the invoice, certificate of guarantee & receipt. They even washed & vacuum my car. Execellent service is what I got. A rare thing these days. I highly recommend them and probably will use their expertise again when I have a need for it. Ty, Fix Auto! Keep up the great work! ?”

I'm always amazed how they always have what I need no matter how odd or uncommon and if they dont have it on the spot they can usually have it by the end of the day or following day . Having an account basically eliminates what youd pay in tax . They're no more expensive than any other parts store and I can usually find parts cheaper online but if it's something you need right away and cant wait for shipping it's obviously worth paying a little more . They usually have multiple options for parts as well in terms of OEM or aftermarket . Great place”
