“I came in today to attempt to give my large (Bernese/retriever) rescue dog a bath. It was his first time at a bath station, and he was much more nervous than I even had anticipated, knowing he comes from an abusive background.The moment we stepped in the store, we were greeted by Pam. She could tell he was nervous and spoke to him gently and gave him lots of space. She showed us to the washing station and gave us lots of gentle advice, without being overbearing. She supplied my dog Levi with treats, and me with lots of encouragement. She stayed close by to monitor us and give suggestions, but didn’t force pets or anything with my nervous dog, who eventually felt comfortable enough to approach and smell her all on his own.In the end, we didn’t get him into the tub, though we could tell he wanted to try. He practiced going up and down the steps lots, and listening to all the new sounds. I was sad he didn’t get his bath, but the experience was overall very positive, all thanks to Pam. Had she not been there, I feel like I would’ve left feeling defeated and possibly tearful.She encouraged us to come back during their quiet times to practice being in the store and around the bathing equipment. I felt so welcome and comfortable to return, despite Levi’s nervousness.Thank you Pam and Bosley’s. I hope we can get him in the tub one day!”

“My cat is happy to eat Lean Cuts most of the time, but occasionally wouldn't touch it at all. He likes the beef version more than the chicken. When I fed him the chicken version, I saw bits of white chicken bones left over in the bowl, maybe this is the reason he doesn't like it.The 400g cans are nice. They're economical and larger than typical canned cat food from major brands. In Quebec I only find these in some Dollarama stores.I wish there was more information on the can, for example a calorie count per weight. I have to look it up on the company website, and even there I can only find calorie info for dog food, not cat food.”

“We bought a fish tank 2 months ago and it had developed a leak. We were 4 days past the return date so we called the store. We were helped by a man I believe was named Adam, who was an absolute amazing help. Because it was a topfin tank it was still covered under a different warranty, and he overall just really seemed to want to help. Amazing customer service.”
