I can't complain about the people. The system is wrong for their practices and policies. No fault insurance. Not worth paying for. Any other province is better. Monopoly, and wrong

?? for BC monopolies. No free enterprise means no competition which means BC citizens don't have a choice.

Nice and attentive staff. Came in for out of province transit pass, didn't have passport as primary ID (odd BC rule won't recognize Alberta drivers licence as valid ID). Agent called ICBC for relaxation.
