“I gave a 4 star and that is only because of Colton the salesman I dealt with, past experiences had me not even wanting to go back there. It started when I went there looking for a TV a couple months ago i was in my work close so I am guessing I didn't fit the bill for someone that may have money to spend because for 30 minutes I walked around not one person could be bothered to greet me however as I looked around I noticed other customers entering the store and being greeted right away. I ended up leaving and thought well if my hard earned money is not welcomed here I will go somewhere else. Fast forward to two weeks ago I decided maybe I will go in and see what they have to offer this time and immediately was greeted by Colton he was very knowledgeable and was not in one bit pushy and in the end got me into a whole new bed fore a better price then I expected. The experience I had with him has made me want to be a customer there however only if he is my salesman.”

“Purchased hardwood flooring. Have been assisted in this process by Chris Bloch-hansen in the flooring department at the Cranbrook BC store. The flooring we picked had to be special ordered and some of it was unfortunately damaged during shipping at no fault of Home Depot.HOME DEPOT take note, Chris has provided exceptional customer service at a level I have not experienced in recent memory. Chris regularly communicated and supported us throughout the buying and ordering process and ensured the product was replaced at no cost. This guy is dedicated and is a man of his word. He should be commended for the outstanding manner in which he represents his employer while while serving customers and in my opinion is certainly highly deserving of some recognition.If you need flooring, Chris is the guy to see!! “Busy place!Jeremy & Brayden were great to work with. We ended up getting the Pacific Energy Summit & Chimney relined with stove pipe for our home. Had some hurdles on the system to deal with but they got it done.Knowledgeable, gave info on break in/use of newer stove (which I had no idea about), burn strategies with new stove, kept in touch throughout instal/ordering parts needed.Would recommend.”

They looked up my purchase found the model and serial number and they contacted their supplier. They called me back within a few minutes and gave me the name of the distribution centre that handles the parts. Very fast and pleasant experience excellent service.”
