“We moved into town at the end of November, and we were told by the selling realtor we would need to get the fireplace serviced before using it. I called a few different places and most chuckled when I asked if there were any appointments before Christmas (or even the New Year), but the Fireplace Cranbrook said no problem and gave me a date range that a technician could pop by. We were called a few days before to confirm the exact date and given a time range. I gave them an alternative phone number to call when they showed up for the servicing and it was no issue to change the contact information. Jeremy came on the day they said he would within the time range given. He was super friendly and thorough and stayed to provide some feedback on our fireplace unit and some estimates for when we would want to upgrade.
I would definitely recommend this company- customer service and communication were great, prices reasonable, and over all just super friendly people to work with!”

But then there’s the staff! Which most of them are fantastic and knowledgeable. It doesn’t matter what you need help with. Wether it’s appliances or kitchen design they are excellent. But then there’s Liz at the pro counter she is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she makes it a pleasure to go in. Thank you for all the help you guys have given me.”
