I just opened a new account with RBC Dawson Creek. So far not a happy customer. Next to impossible to get a response and a call back like their voice recordings specifically state.

I went to RBC to open account. Very nice service was provided by girl named RUBAL. Will definitely recommend. And appreciate their service.

Bad vibes all around. Not a place that values customer service at all. I was the only person in the bank, 3 tellers open, and still had to wait 5 minutes in line for cold, unfriendly service.
