Visitors to our 8-acre, park-like setting can see Vancouver Island wildlife in peaceful and rustic surroundings.
We are a world-class wildlife rehabilitation facility specializing in raptors and black bears. Whenever an ill, injured or orphaned animal is brought to the Centre, our goal is to rehabilitate and release it back into the wild. These animals are our temporary guests and we are always happy when they are successfully released.
Our Bear Den Gift Shop carries a large variety of gifts and souvenirs for wildlife and nature lovers.
Other things you can see at the Centre: Museum of Nature, Learning Centre, Wildlife Garden, Water Conservation Ponds, Magical Field of Stones ... and so much more!
