The Nicholas Sonntag Marine Education Centre (NSMEC) is a unique collect and release aquarium located inside Gibsons Public Market on the Sunshine Coast, BC. There are over 30 exhibits of marine life collected from local waters and over 70+ marine species. This includes interactive touch tanks, scavenger hunts, interpretive guided tours, animal feedings, curriculum-linked school programs, and educational summer camps for kids.
